EMMANUEL CHRISTIAN LEADERSHP AND TRAINING INSTITUTE, INC. (ECLTI) is dedicated to providing opportunities for spiritual growth and renewal, leadership training, and theological development to individuals seeking to make a difference in their churches, in their communities, and in the world.

ECLTI prepares men and women not only to know the scriptures but also to apply it to their everyday lives and help other people in their journey to their purpose.

EMMANUEL CHRISTIAN LEADERSHP AND TRAINING INSTITUTE, INC. (ECLTI) provides opportunities by which students learn to become effective leaders, biblical scholars, theologian, counselors and entrepreneurs. We are located in Sarasota, FL and online.

Our History

EMMANUEL CHRISTIAN LEADERSHP AND TRAINING INSTITUTE, INC., (ECLTI) formerly Emmanuel Christian Institute, Inc., was officially established in 2011. Since its conception, classes have been held in VA, Kenya, Ghana, Zambia, London, Jamaica, Florida, and online. We have grown from offering just a few courses to offering certificates and/or diplomas in three established instructional programs.

Our student body is diverse. We are made up of students from various economic, educational, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. Our students have a heart for God, and a strong desire to become more astute in the Word of God and to become better leaders in their churches and in their communities.

(ECLTI) is, and will continue to be a school of excellence, producing well-trained leaders committed to promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to their ongoing spiritual, theological, and professional development. ECLTI is committed to providing an atmosphere of learning and also to providing opportunities for students to use their gifts and apply what they have learned while on their journey to fulfilling their own life purpose.
